Great Bently Running Club, together with Road Running East - the regional section of England Athletics which promotes road running - has organised a Training Day based at Great Bentley Village Hall on Saturday 23 February 2008, from 10am to 4pm, in attendance will be top coaches, who will lead running, exercise, lectures, chat about running, and more running,
